LIMITATION ON GUIDANCE TO CLIENT

Client understands and agrees that the Coach does not claim to be a licensed or trained doctor, therapist, psychologist, counselor or any other similar professional. Client acknowledges that Coach has not offered, attempted, or promised to provide him or her with any services that require a professional license, and that Coach is not permitted, authorized, or expected to do so. Coaching is never intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, including substance abuse treatment. Client expects to seek the advice of the physician or other qualified health provider with any questions he or she may have regarding a medical or psychological condition. Client understand not to disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something he or she has read, heard or experienced during a coaching program.

If Client is under the care of a mental health professional, it is client’s responsibility to consult with that person regarding the advisability of working with a life coach and to make that person aware of it’s decision to proceed with the coaching program. If at any time Client feel the need for professional counseling or therapy, it is his or her responsibility to seek a licensed professional to provide such services and to seek independent professional guidance in specialized areas. Client understands that all decisions on availing the coaching services mentioned in this website, exclusively belong to the him or her and he or she acknowledges that the decisions, actions and resulting consequences regarding them are client’s own responsibility. By proceeding through the services mentioned in this website, Client freely and voluntarily accepts the risks arising from the participation and takes complete responsibility for his or her personal health and well-being, his or her actions and decisions, and his or her personal care during the time in these programs and thereafter.

The information and processes taught by the Coach and shared on our website are real and based on years of experience working with people. However, the Coach cannot and does not, in any good conscience guarantee any outcome of financial gain from any sessions, programs, events, services, or information provided on our websites. All services by us are purely for educational and informational purposes only. Client alone is responsible and accountable for his or her decisions, actions and results in life, and by registering for our services, client agrees not to hold us liable for any outcome or consequences. While we can teach everything we know, but we can’t implement the same for the client. As it is in life, how far client goes is up to him or her and his or her ability and accountability to implement what we teach. It’s stipulated by law and our good intentions for the client that we let him or her know this.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF SERVICE

The Coach and/or his team have high regards for confidentiality of the services to the clients, hence any disclosure of the information or communication between by us and the client is subject to explicit written permission from us. Any violation of this term may result into immediate termination of all services being provided to the client, including forfeiting the payment already made for those services. 

CONFIDENTIALITY OF THIS WEBSITE

User of this website agree not to disclose information obtained from us and or from our clients, advertisers, suppliers and forum members. All information submitted to by an end-user customer pursuant to a Program is our proprietary information. Such customer information is confidential and may not be disclosed. Publisher agrees not to reproduce, disseminate, sell, distribute or commercially exploit any such proprietary information in any manner.

The Agreement describes and encompasses the entire agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the contents and materials provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement.

GOVERNING JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions will be governed by and is construed in accordance with the laws of State of Odisha, Republic of INDIA without regard to its rules concerning conflicts of laws. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and/or tribunals of Bhubaneswar, in the State of Odisha, Republic of INDIA.
