We all love to dream. We dream of things which we do not have with us now or which we have convinced ourselves of its impossibility in our life. And when we dream something we desire strongly, we get into a momentary flow state that makes us happy, excited and fulfilled. Then we come out of that state to realise that it was ‘just a dream’. How often do we put effort to transform that dream into a reality?
“Take what you can from your dreams, make them as real as anything.”
– Dave Matthews
Your life is a reflection of your thoughts and belief system. You are the architect of your life who have crafted it with the intentions you carry with yourself. And you should be loving anything you have built it yourself, but do you do? Is your life going your way? So why not try to change it for good?
So are you ready to attract your future the way you want it to be? If yes, let’s do a small exercise for that big dream come true.
- Dream of something (with all positive intentions) that you would like it transform into reality.
- Write down that vision in a diary or paper which you would like to manifest in next one year. Write it in the ‘present tense’, with all your feelings, experiences, as it is happening with you now. Continue to be in that flow state during this writing process.
- Note it down as descriptive and detailed as possible with how you would feel, see, hear, smell when that dream gets real. What all would be happening with you around that time, who all you would be with, what is that month and year, so on – again all in ‘present tense’. Most of the content of your dream should be close to possibility so that your mind can buy it.
- At the end of the write up, a phrase can be added, like – “This or something better, which will be good for me and my loved ones”. This will help you keep yourself detached from the “Expectations”. The idea behind this exercise is to build a vision with positive intentions by connecting to the Higher Power or Universe, but not to get ‘attached’ to it. In law of attraction, the more you are attached to your desire, chances of getting it becomes tougher and vice-versa. So have an intention in this exercise and then ‘let go‘ of that thought from your mind till the next time you repeat this exercise.
- Once your big vision/dream is written down, next thing to do is – spend around 5 mins everyday reading, feeling/experiencing what is written in that diary/paper – meaning getting into that flow state everyday for at least for 5 mins, for next 45 days.
During this entire period (one year) of your dream manifesting into reality, do not let any of your negative thought or belief counter your dream. Do not suspect if at all that will come real. Trust this process and trust on your intentions. If this process involves a person or relationship which have hurt you in the past, you must ‘forgive‘ it first and then proceed with this exercise of attracting your future. This will help this process work more effectively.
Lastly, keep putting your efforts for whatever it takes to transform that dream into reality. Action and accountability is required to whatever level you can.
Wish you all the best for your new life to manifest.
With so much love !
